At Technic Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
